The categories that each judge has been allocated for The X Factor 2011 has reportedly been revealed today.
This year sees three new judges join Louis Walsh on the panel – Gary Barlow, Kelly Rowland and Tulisa Contostavlos.
Each will take eight hopfuls to their houses across the globe, but can only take four through to the live shows.
It is claimed that Louis has been paired with the Over 25s for the third time, and has flown his acts to Barcelona where he will be assisted by Sinitta.
Gary will mentor the boys in Los Angeles, and will be helped by Take That bandmate Robbie Williams. Four previous X Factor winners have come from this category.
Kelly Rowland will start life as an X Factor judge with the Girls. They will be taken to Miami and could have to sing in front of Beyonce. The Girls category has won the show twice with Leona Lewis and Alexandra Burke.
Finally, and although each of the judges has experience with bands, it is Tulisa who has the task of mentoring the Groups. No act from this category has ever won the competition, although JLS, G4 and One Direction have all come close.

Obviously producers wanting Gary or Kelly to win, poor Tulisa has really drawn short straw in her first year. You never know tho, be good to see a group win for a change
If was me would put Gary=Groups Kelly=Girls Tulisa=Boys and Louis=Overs so agree on 2 at least

It shouldn’t really matter who gets who, although the bias of the show is against groups and especially the over 25s. I’d hoped with the absence of Simon and demise of Cheryl we’d got beyond this, but obviously not.
Hopefully Louis can have a last minute change of venue back to Ireland and forget to tell the Sinitta.
Tulisa doesnt get much say in the auditions
the judges treat her like shes uncomfortable and that she doesnt fit in

i think all the judges suite perfectly
gary i like the most, because he’s staight, he’s honest. Louis cute, sometimes, he’s too soft, Tulisa is ok, do her job ok, and so do Kelly. i’m not an expert but it’s just my opinion
Louis Has Over 25′s Again. poor Louis. Gary With The Boys Was So Predictable And I Knew Kelly Had Girls And Tulisa Had Groups Coz It Said In The Paper. For Me Writin It On Here Just Ruins Stuff
