X Factor hopeful Misha Bryan has reportedly “burst into tears” during her bootcamp performance, after forgetting the words.
Misha was seen impressing the judges at the auditions during last week’s show with her rendition of Aretha Franklin’s ‘Respect’.
However, according to The Mirror, the singer’s Bootcamp performance may not have gone so well.
“She forgot the words and burst into tears,” a source said. “This year they do not want acts who can’t handle the pressure and Misha fell at the first hurdle. She has a great voice and great potential, but she may seem like too much of a risk now.”
Despite this speculation, the 19-year-old has given an interview with on the official X Factor site.
“It’s been so crazy, ” she responded, when asked what life had been like since her audition was aired. “The adrenalin of not knowing what the audition’s gonna be like, what it looks like, and if the people are going to like you? I was so anxious. And then it was such a relief. It hasn’t sunk in yet.”
Talking about the audition, Misha said: “Before I went on stage I was absolutely scared out of my wits. My heart was literally pumping out of my chest. Every time before I get on stage I’m so nervous, but I tell myself ‘This is it, here we go’ and try to give it my best shot.
“I felt like I was in a dream and then it was over just like that. When I look back, it was such a blur.”
