Viewers of last night’s X Factor saw judges Tulisa and Louis criticise Misha B over claims of bullying by her fellow contestants behind-the-scenes.
The 19-year-old impressed the panel with her rendition of Prince’s ‘Purple Rain’ as part of Rock Week, but the two judges used their feedback as an opportunity to highlight the accusations.
Tulisa told the hopeful: “I think you are very competitive and I’ve seen a different side of you backstage.
“You being so feisty can come across as quite mean to certain contestants and I’ve been told by a few this week there’s been a few mean comments towards them.”
Louis also added his views, saying one of his acts had reported cases of bullying by Misha.
What did you think of Misha’s performance last night? Were Tulisa and Louis right to address backstage events live on the show?
Keep it central!

Yes, bullying should not be supported in any way! She already thinks she is a diva!don’t vote for bullies!
Ha that’s because she is!! She is the best by far, kitty just wants attention
I am sorry but they had no right to criticize her behaviour on live television in front millions of people.Tulisa should never had said that she should have dealt with the issue backstage; at least had a word with her before the show had begun not making this public, I mean it was mean. For sure, this whole issue could have jeopardized her votes rather than her performance which was brilliant. Thanks to Tulisa people are now jumping into conclusions.
It was right to be brought up as bullying is a nasty thing and should not be tolerated however what Tulisa did can also be seen as a form of bullying, there is always 2 sides to every story and it should be sorted behind the scenes. If Misha or any other contestants are acting this way it should be dealt with properly by the producers and mentors…made great TV though so was that part of the plan??? Ratings have dropped after all
she shouldn.t bully, maybe she.s getting a bit big headed, with all the attention
I think Tulisa was wrong to raise the issue on Live TV for a number of reasons. Everyone accepts that bullying is wrong and should not be tolerated. However it appears that Tulisa has heard one side of the story and reached a conclusion. If this alleged bullying occured in the work place or at school an independant third party would listen to both sides and would be able to take an impartial decision as to whether any wrongoing actually occured. The producers and not any of the judges are best placed to investigate whatever went on. In the event Misha is found to have been guilty of bullying at that stage she should be appropriately reprimanded. What Tulisa did was to take the matter into her own non impartial hands. She acted as judge and jury and found Misha guilty of bullying (although I accept she did not use the word herself) and or of having an attitude problem.
In reality as many people have said I think the position Misha was placed in on the live show could itself be seen as bullying. I think the consequences of both Tulisa and Louis actions go beyond that. These comments will scar Misha not just on this show but potentially on her career to come. That is just not fair particually when she has been prosecuted and judged by people who have a vested interest in making her look bad.
TOTALLY AGREE
Good On Tulisa any form of bullying should be nipped in the bud from the start, i bet Misha B, will think twice now
Tulisa u should know better, idk wat u trying to do but it aint gon work cuz u can’t keep a good man/woman(misha B) down.wats back stage should leave back stage…ur job is to sit down an judge base on her performance but I love the way kelly handle u*
Misha has actually said on the xtra factor tonight she would thank Tulisa for her constructive critisism so there must have been some problem. All bullies should be named and shamed and not be able to hide behind anyone or anything
it is clear that Tulisa’s intentions’ are clear, that is to bring Misha B down as she could not find anything wrong with her performance. There is no evidence of bulling, she can have an argument with someone it does not mean that she is a bully. The X-factor has become so predictable which is really off-putting to some viewers. Talk about fixing, it was obvious Louis knew that Kitty would go because she is not connecting with the public if he took it to deadlock and so he decided to send Samy off instead.
There are bound to be differences of opinion behind stage when strangers are thrown together the way the contestants are. Could that be seen as bulling? Maybe maybe not. It shouldn’t have been brought up in front of the viewers and in my opinion I think Tulisa and her new found buddy Louis both had a hidden agenda of their own and that’s a form of bullying in itself. ????
Grow up judges this isn’t a schoolyard… or maybe it is?? You’ll end up discrediting the whole show and that’s probably why maybe that’s why you’ve lost ratings this season.
I can’t believe Tulisa said that on live television. It’s shocking behaviour. Very immature. I felt sorry for Misha B about the Judgets comments last week – she has just got such a great talent and amazing voice. Yes, bullying is not on at all but that could of been delt on back stage. Well done garry for backing Misha B up on live television. Honey, Misha B we love you for who you are no matter what happens back stage – just do your thing and show us your voice dont worry about what those judges thinks. You need confidence (like Kelly said) to go on that massive stage and sing your heart out for us. !
