One of the live shows in this year’s X Factor competition will reportedly have an Amy Winehouse theme.
The singer passed away in July, and The Mirror claims that Simon Cowell wants the contestants to tribute her “amazing talent” on the show.
A source said: “Simon felt it was only right for X Factor to honour Amy.
“She epitomises everything the show is about – a normal person with an amazing voice who will be remembered as a British music icon for ever.”

Not really looking forward to much then Alec, there are only two albums. How many times do you want to hear Valerie or Rehab rehashed?
A group song perhaps, a whole show I think not, there just isn’t enough material to work with.
I disagree. Amy whinehouse was an amazing artist who produced stunning tracks. Over two albums they are around 10 songs.
Also, for all we know the songs sung may be Amy’s favorite from other artist etc.
Singles may have been released, the fact is they did nothing and I doubt anyone remembers any others.
As for artists she may have liked then do a week on them. Their catalogue is likely far more extensive and far better known.
