Kelly Rowland has apparently threaten the leave the panel if reported plans of a new twist go ahead.
Yesterday we reported the news that X Factor producers were plotting for the judges to swap categories in a shock twist to bst ratings.
However, speaking to the Sunday Mirror, judge Kelly Rowland is refusing to back the idea.
“I don’t want anybody touching my girls,” she insisted. “I’m not giving Misha and Janet up for anyone. I’d walk before I gave them up. Everybody is doing such a good job mentoring their acts. I don’t know why they’d do that.”
In response to further questions, she responded: “Simon [Cowell] and I would be electric on the same judging panel, can you imagine? But I love being on a panel with Gary, Louis and Tulisa – despite what people say.”
Do you like the idea of the judges changing categories mid-way through the live shows, or would such a move be detrimental to the acts?

i am so glad that Frankie has gone but i still don’t like the show this year as much as i liked it last year Simon is so much better in it and Cheryl Cole and Dannie

A pointless effort and if he’s that concerned at the Uk figures maybe he would like to explain the American ones which are almost identical, with a population more than 5 times bigger.
Then again hyprocisy and self serving publicity stunts were never part of Simon’s failings
USA Should of never started in my eyes UK was becoming the biggest talent show behind American Idol.The ratings are shocking in UK he should now focus on the UK or it will fail and The Voice UK will take over next year.Last year UK average Views were 14.6million a night which is good for UK pop as it got 50% of the share for even more but now its not even making 12million and 45% share.

9, 10 or 11 million, as it was this week is hardly a failure, whether it’s down on last year or not. Frankly it’s more than holding it’s own from a broadcasters/producers/advertisers point of view.
What exactly would be the excuse if Simon, Danni and the Cheryl were still there? Simon is on the American one and it’s no where near the Idol figures with a far bigger viewer base. Lest we forget he was predicting 20+ million, before he started back peddling, and even then it would still be less than Idol.
Personally I still think the Autotune debacle is still having it’s effect.
i think this series has been a disaster and not fair to contestants..the twist started it..judges attitudes to each other at times unethical..now suggesting changing judges to different categories final straw and a bridge too far…
Frankie was terrible but when are they announcing who replaces frankie? I am watching the ITV+1 to vote for Amelia Lily but they said voting’s closed, have I missed it?
Oh its okay, I’m the person who was wondering when they announced Frankie’s replacement. I know now. lol.
