X Factor judge Gary Barlow has revealed how he finds the live shows draining and leaving him sick.
Speaking to The Sun, the Take That star confessed the pressures of the show, after completing a tour with his band this year too.
He said: “I’ve found it draining. It reminds me of when I was on as an artist.
“It is chaos, you’ve got your nerves, the red light comes on and you’re on. It’s a lot of pressure. I feel really sick before I go on.”
The 40-year-old also talked of added pressure put on by show boss Simon Cowell, who quit in order to launch the franchise in America thi autumn.
“Simon said if you can work at the show and make it 10% better each week, by the end of the series the show will be 50% better. This week we are all upping our game. We are still the number one show each weekend, but there is always room for improvement.”
Gary has also said he has some regrets over picking Frankie Cocozza for his category after poor performance in the live shows so far.
The X Fator continues with Rock Week from 8PM tonight on ITV1.
